Summons May Be Served Through Print Or Electronic Communication Media
edia: (1) If any summons cannot be served
pursuant to Section 61, the court may serve the summons by
publishing the contents of such summons in such national daily
newspaper or broadcasting through electronic communication media
as owned by the Government of Nepal.
(2) If a summons is published or broadcast pursuant to subsection
(1), the summons shall be deemed to have been duly served.
